LOW-CARBON HOMES
Valued at £59m, this low carbon development headed by GRAHAM is one of a kind, combining student flats, built-to-rent and affordable homes. Using low-carbon concrete and timber composites, the project aims to provide environmentally friendly and low-carbon homes to Edinburgh.
Services
Our duties included:
- Liaising with formwork suppliers to develop TW designs
- All reinforcement, supply and installation of shuttering system
- Insulation installation
- Concrete placement and finishing to spec
- Pile cap and ground beams installation, providing stability to foundations
- Column starts
- Lift core and stair cores
- RC retaining walls
- Ground floor slabs
- Installation of temporary props to RC walls
